The service and care provided by Reece was excellent. Purchased many products for a bathroom renovation and everything came together extremely well. My new bathroom looks amazing.

Thank you to Nadia from Reece in Lewisham for the amazing customer service! Her effort of going above and beyond in making sure I am happy with my products to the time spent researching and making sure the products I chose is suitable and match the style/tiles in the bathroom, is unbelievable! Reece should hire more customer service consultants like her, it’s because of her I will definitely re-visit also recommend to family and friends! Thank you again!

Thank you Gaby and the team at Reece Lewisham! Couldn't ask for better customer service in the showroom, over the phone and email, and when picking up our items. We had to make a few last minute changes and everything went smoothly, without any hesitation by the team who were very accomodating. This was hands down one of the best experiences we've had with a trade store during our renovation. Highly recommended.

Gaby in the showroom at Reece Lewisham was a pleasure to deal with. She helped me select the right fixtures within my price range and made sure everything was delivered in time for the renovation. She is a great support to have when you know nothing about bathroom renovations. Totally trustworthy!

Alena in the showroom provided amazing customer service throughout the process. On what was a relatively small order she provided lots of options before purchase as well as considering delivery times and custom options with the supplier. After a few complications post delivery (builder issue and not Reeces) Alena then provided further amazing support post purchase on possible options to remedy the issues. Really really amazing customer service which unfortunately definitely isn't the norm in the industry. Thanks for all your help!

Fantastic service. I experienced an issue with a different Reece supplier which could not be resolved with them. The branch manager of Lewisham, Mal was assigned to help me and he was so friendly and ensured my issues were resolved as well as going over and above. This is a branch that prioritises customer satisfaction and I am very grateful. Alena was also a wonderful sales assistant and I appreciate her help.
